D Tower Limited Opening
It is with great anticipation we will be reopening Caribe Resort D Tower for rental and guest occupancy today, Friday November 6th.
We will complete the D generator installation and conclude with final testing.
Next week we anticipate a selection of carpet and vinyl samples to be made with availaties and delivery times. Owner relations will be reaching out to owners at the earliest possible convenience. Our repair teams are currently reinstalling baseboard and will continue to complete as many units as possible that do not need replacement flooring.
Our staff looks forward to serving all of our Caribe owners and guests in the coming holiday months.
The COA insurance claim process is still in negotiation for the entire resort and settlements have not been made but we will continue to proceed with repairs.
Please be patient with this time frame as we manage this process to the betterment of all Caribe Resort Owners.
