Dear Caribe Resort Owners,

 

Balcony Lights

No type of lighting can be displayed on any unit balcony. An exception has been made to allow Christmas lights and these can be displayed from Thanksgiving to January 15th. This new policy was voted on and approved by the Board of Directors at the Annual Homeowners Meeting. Security will enforce this policy.

 

Parking Garage Repairs

Temporary shoring is in place for the upper and lower parking garage sections of C & D. 

We have reopened the upper deck pools for the season and will evaluate needed repairs in the fall.

 

Caribbean Sunset Luau

The Luaus hosted by Cobalt have been a hit! Cobalt will continue doing a weekly Luau every Wednesday from 6pm-9pm on the Lazy River Deck. Tickets can be purchased at https://cariberesort.com/dining/

The event will feature a Buffet Style Meal including Coconut Shrimp, Jamaican Jerk Chicken, Whole Roasted Pig and sides with Tea and Assorted Desserts

They’ll have DJ entertainment as well as Conga Line, Hula Hoop and Limbo Contests with Referee and prizes. The Tiki Bar will be open for drink purchases during the event.

This is open to Caribe Guests & Owners only from May 28th-August 6th (dates subject to change)

In case of rain or heat advisory, activities will be moved to the D-100 meeting space.

 

Cabana Rentals

The cabanas and tiki bar on the lazy river deck are open for use. If you have not had the opportunity to book a cabana rental, you’re able to book a cabana on www.cariberesort.com and these are available to rent until October 31st, 2025. Book yours today!

 

Coffee Shop

The coffee shop in D Building is open from 7am-6pm daily. Be sure to grab an early morning coffee and enjoy an assortment of pastries and lunch offerings while you’re here!

 

As a reminder, the owners gate is an automated system. Absolutely no piggybacking is allowed and any vehicles that cause damage to the gate will be billed accordingly.

 

Projects in Progress

  • Corridor lighting in the C & D indoor pool area is in process of repairs.
  • New rooftop AC units for the C Building are in the process of installation.
  • Updated buttons for the elevators in the C & D buildings have been ordered and will be installed once they arrive.
  • The replacement lazy river deck elevators have been ordered and will be installed following the summer season. 

 

As a reminder our next Annual Homeowners Association meeting will be held March 21st, 2026.
