Annual Food Drive

We have partnered with the Orange Beach Presbyterian church to fill the local food pantries for those in need. Drop off nonperishable items and unopened food in the designated boxes in each of our lobbies, and we will take care of the rest!

 

Annual Soles 4 Souls Shoe Drive

Our 8th Annual Soles 4 Souls shoe drive started November 3rd and you can donate any new or gently used shoes to help children and communities in need. Drop off locations are at the front gate or any of our building lobbies. We have been one of the most productive businesses over the years and we hope to surpass last year’s donations. Please bring your shoe donations on your next visit!

 

Building Elevators 

The B Building North East elevator has been repaired. Unfortunately these parts were obsolete and caused delays in getting this repaired. Parts for this analog technology have been extremely difficult to source even through the manufacturer due to the elevator’s age.  The association will be looking at new elevators in the future and budgeting for this is already being worked on.  

 

Cabana Rentals, Tiki Bar and Coffee Shop Closures

As we migrate into the off season the Cabanas, Tiki Bar and Coffee Shop will be closed for the season starting November 1st, 2025. These areas will reopen in Spring of 2026. If you have not had the opportunity to book a cabana rental, you’re able to book a cabana on www.cariberesort.com and these are available to rent starting March of 2026. Book yours today!

 

Rules & Regulations Reminders

  • No type of glass tables/glass furniture are allowed on unit balconies. There is a $500 fine for this violation.
  • The front owner’s gate is an automated system. Absolutely no piggybacking is allowed and any vehicles that cause damage to the gate will be billed accordingly.
  • No type of lighting can be displayed on any unit balcony. An exception has been made to allow Christmas lights and these can be displayed from Thanksgiving to January 15th. This new policy was voted on and approved by the Board of Directors at the Annual Homeowners Meeting. Security will enforce this policy.
  • No type of grill that has an ignitor is allowed on any unit balcony. Charcoal, pellet, gas and smokers are all prohibited. Only electric grills are allowed on unit balconies.

 

Projects in Progress

  • We will begin decorating the building atriums and around the property for the Christmas season. We hope to have decorations completed by Thanksgiving week.
  • We are in the process of installing a lightning system on the property which includes both audio alarms and signage. This system will notify pool occupants of lightning within a certain radius from the property. We will evacuate the pools for everyone’s safety when this occurs.
  • Two of the four elevator floors in C Building have been surface coated. We anticipate completing the other two C elevator floorings in the coming weeks. This floor treatment will be used in other areas of the property in the coming months.
  • The replacement lazy river deck elevators are in the last stages of development and assembly. We anticipate installation of these starting next week with one elevator shut down at a time. We anticipate completion in Spring of 2026.
  • New wheelchair lifts have been ordered for all three indoor pools. Installation will take place once these come in.
  • The D indoor pool has been replastered and repainted. Replastering has been started on the outdoor tiered pools of B Building. The tiled spillover areas of the pools are also being repaired where tiles have come off. Pool closures will occur as needed for this ongoing work.

 

Completed Projects:

  • Permanent shoring has been installed for the upper and lower parking garage sections of C & D. These areas will be repainted once concrete has cured more.
  • B ground level sliding doors have been installed.
  • New doors have been installed between the C & D indoor pools.
  • The parking garage areas in each building have been pressure washed and parking lines have been re-striped.

 

As a reminder our next Annual Homeowners Association meeting will be held March 21st, 2026.
