Parking Garage Cleaning and Re-Striping

Dear Caribe Resort Owners,

Roush Asphalt will be on property beginning Monday, October 20, 2025, to begin cleaning and re-striping the parking garages. Work will start on the lower level of D Tower, then progress to the lower levels of C Tower and B Tower. Once the lower levels are complete, the team will move to the upper levels of D Tower and C Tower.

To facilitate this work, Security will be contacting owners as needed to coordinate the temporary relocation of parked vehicles from the affected areas. We appreciate your cooperation and assistance in helping this project run smoothly and efficiently.
