Dear Caribe Resort Owners,
Beginning Monday, September 22nd, our staff will begin cleaning the bayside exterior facings of units in stacks 1–8. This work will involve spraying cleaner from the balconies of affected units as needed.
The cleaning will start in Building B, beginning at the penthouse level and progressing downward. Once Building B is complete, we will continue to Buildings C and D in order.
This maintenance is part of our ongoing effort to help to eliminate the green algae that tends to accumulate on the bayside of unit balconies and the building exteriors.
