Dear Caribe Resort Owners,
The annual Caribe Resort Homeowners Association Meeting will take place on Saturday, February 19, 2022, at 1:00pm. We anticipate the meeting to allow for some limited seating, however, we will be live streaming.. We will be sending out a full notification by Monday, January 31, 2022. The mail-out will include a full agenda, proxy form, and a ballot to vote for the 2021 Board of Directors.The current Board members are Larry Wireman, Rick Legendre, Lester Boihem, John Evans, and Joe Mendola. If you are interested in running for the Board of Directors, please email a short bio to Jill Alford at [email protected] by January 31, 2022.
If you have any questions for the Board, please submit them to Jill Alford at [email protected] prior to the meeting and they will be addressed.
Due to COVID-19, we will not hold the Friday night reception or the luncheon. Seating on the day of the meeting is limited. This year especially, the Board strongly urges you to send your proxies in so that we can establish a 51% voting quorum. Each year, we struggle and expense immense effort and time to collect these in advance. If you send your proxy in but attend the meeting, your proxy will be given back to you upon entering the meeting.This is the first notification with more information to come.
