Dear Caribe Resort Owners,
We will be entering all units over the course of the next couple of weeks taking new moisture readings and thermal imaging for insurance purposes. This will likely be done more than one additional time for units that had wind-driven rain or other damage from Hurricane Sally. If you are a full-time resident and want to be notified prior to arrival please post a note on your front door to be called when we arrive at your unit. There will always be a Caribe Realty Employee assisting adjusters during this process. We will certainly yield to your request if that time is not convenient. We are working seven days a week to get this process completed to the benefit of all owners.
