Dear Caribe Resort Owners:
Please be advised that the seventeenth annual Caribe Resort Condo Owners Association (COA) meeting will be held on Saturday, February 16, 2019, at 1:00 pm, at Caribe Resort Building D, Suite 100, 28107 Perdido Beach Blvd in Orange Beach.
The Current Board of Directors are: Larry Wireman, Lester Boihem, Rick Legendre, John Evans and Max Himmel. Major topics at the meeting will include the approval of the 2019 Budget, audit report of operating, and Board Election. If you are interested in serving on the board, please send a short bio with your name and unit number. There will be no nominations from the floor. Please email your Bio to Stan Szapiel at [email protected] or fill out the questionnaire on www.cariberesortowners.com website by February 12, 2019.
Enclosed you will find a Proxy for your vote, should you not be able to attend. We must have a quorum in order to conduct business. It is necessary that we receive your proxy by Tuesday, February 12, 2019, should you not be able to attend you may fax your proxy to 251.980.9035 or email to [email protected].

On Friday, February 15th, we will hold our 2nd annual Meet & Greet Reception in the Caribe Resort Building C Event Space from 5pm – 7pm.
