Dear Caribe Resort Owners,
We are happy to notify you that we are installing a new state-of-the-art key and lock system on all condominium unit entry doors.
The new Onity locks will be a touchless / Radio Frequency Identification (RFID) system. We will communicate with all owners and management companies to plan the transfer of keys to the entry door locks. The flexibility and reliability of the new lock system will improve both the owner’s and guest’s experience. All key distribution will continue through the front desk of B tower. After summer, we will likely modify this for everyone’s benefit.
The installation will begin on May 10th, starting with the Penthouse level in C tower, and then will move to B tower, and then D tower.
We anticipate a seven-day total installation time frame and realize there will be many questions from owners and management companies. We will keep you updated as this progresses.
