Parking Garage Repairs

Temporary shoring is in place for the upper and lower parking garage sections of C & D.

Permanent repairs will be made to these sections of the garage and we will temporarily reclose the pools and certain areas of the parking garage for this work starting this winter season.

Cabana Rentals, Tiki Bar and Coffee Shop Closures

As we migrate into the off season the Cabanas, Tiki Bar and Coffee Shop will be closed for the season starting November 1st, 2024. These areas will reopen in Spring of 2025. If you have not had the opportunity to book a cabana rental, you’re able to book a cabana on www.cariberesort.com and these are available to rent starting March 15th, 2025. Book yours today!

Projects in Progress

  • The C indoor pool is currently closed for repairs.

  • Our Soles 4 Souls annual shoe drive starts November 1st and you can donate any new or gently used shoes to help children and communities in need. Drop off locations are at the front gate or any of our building lobbies. We have been one of the most productive businesses over the years and we hope to surpass last year’s donations. Please bring your shoe donations on your next visit to Caribe!

Completed Projects:

  • New outdoor furniture has been added around the exterior areas of the outdoor B Building pools. We hope everyone enjoys these new additions!

As a reminder our Annual Homeowners Association meeting will be held March 15th, 2025.
