Dear Caribe Resort Owners,
The annual Caribe Resort Homeowners Association Meeting is scheduled to take place on Saturday, February 19, 2022 at 1:00pm in D100. The meeting will allow for limited seating, and we ask that one representative be in attendance per unit. The meeting will also be viewable as a livestream, and the YouTube link will be posted on the owner website the day of the meeting.
The official paperwork for the meeting was sent out today to be mailed. Please expect delivery to the mailing address listed on file for you. Once received, it is very important to send in your proxies for those who will not be present. This is necessary to submit BEFORE FEBRUARY 16th to establish the required 51% voting quorum.
