Over the past several months, we have been experiencing failures of the kitchen refrigerator water filters. These filters if not changed become brittle and crack causing the supply of water to leak uncontrollably and flooding the units below.
We highly recommend changing out the filter to avoid a flood to your unit and to the units below. The process of changing the filter out is delicate, and can go wrong if not properly installed. Our maintenance team is trained in changing these filters, and will be happy to do so for you for $100.00. This price includes the cost of the filter and installation.
