Dear Caribe Resort Owners,
Effective July 16th, 2020 at 5:00 pm, Alabama Governor Kay Ivey has implemented a mask requirement statewide.
What Will Change
All guests, staff members, and owners are required to wear a mask when inside a common area. This includes lobby areas, elevators, hallways, the gift shop, and any other public indoor space.
What Remains the Same
The mask requirement does not apply at our pools, lazy river, water slides, or the beach. According to the Safer at Home Order, “Any person who is in a swimming pool, lake, water attraction, or similar body of water, though wearing a face covering or social distancing is strongly encouraged if safe and practicable.” Our trolleys, steam rooms, saunas, and hot tubs will remain closed at this time in compliance with social distancing guidelines. All other amenities will remain open.
Our Commitment to You
We are committed to the health and safety of our guests. We encourage you to follow CDC recommendations, including staying home if you are sick, washing your hands frequently, observing social distancing, and wearing a mask whenever possible. As always, we will continue to sanitize all touchpoints and common areas with antibacterial and antiviral products.
We Hope to See You Soon
