We are making progress.
The staff at Caribe has been diligently working on assessing the damage at Caribe Resort.
We have been in all condominiums and have emptied all perishable food. We have returned to the units to assess and document all damage to units due to wind driven rain, flooding, or other issues that caused damage.
We have had only one private condo window broken, and one admin window broken. Our docks are in bad shape.
As of 3:00 pm on Saturday, September 19, 2020, we have no power, sewer, water, phones, or internet. All generators were working during the storm, but each failed at different points during the night. We were able to get C generator working fine. We have been told that power will be restored as soon as 24 hours.
We will immediately start the remediation of any damaged units, Sunday, September 20, 2020. We will be in contact with each owner as soon as power is restored.
