Dear Caribe Resort Owners,
We hope you are all having a wonderful summer. The paint project is continuing and the C building is making major progress. For C building the 9 & 10 stacks have been completed, the 7 & 8 Stack ceiling area is done but wall areas are to be completed, and lastly the 6, 5, 11, & 12 stacks have begun the preparation work of pressure washing and patching to begin the painting process. B building is almost complete with 10, 11,12,13,14, and 15 stacks having their floors worked on now. The crews have completed from the penthouse down to the 6th floor and are starting on the 5th floor and down now.
Our management team would like to remind everyone that the dumping of large items in the breezeway areas and residential dumpsters is strictly prohibited. We ask that if you have larger items needing to be discarded that you please bring them to the large construction dumpsters in the overflow parking lot east of D building or the roll off dumpster in the Marina parking lot. During busy season the dumping of large items through the trash chutes and residential dumpster causes major issues. If you have any questions regarding the removal of any large items always contact your owner relations representative.
