Owner Relations Update:
Our owner relations team has grown! We are so excited to better serve you by providing an owner relations representative for each building. This will allow for better communication and a heightened service level for every owner.
Hayli Parnell will be completing our team. Hayli previously served as our front desk supervisor and is well equipped to answer your questions and concerns for all things Caribe. Jill Alford will continue serving the C building and Andrea Soars will be maintaining her contact with the B building.
Property Update:
Our consulting group has officially sent in the full claim and we expect to hear a response from the insurance adjuster in roughly 30 days. At that point our team will begin formal negotiations. We know this has been a long process and we are hopeful that this claim will soon be complete.
The paint project is progressing as summer continues. In B Tower they are on floors 1 and 2 through stacks 10, 11, 12, 13, 14, 15 and are hoping to be finished up with all floors in B Tower by the end of this week. In C Tower they have completed the walls and ceiling on stacks 7, 8, 9, 10 and have been prepping stacks 3, 4, 5, 6, 11, 12 for pressure washing, patching and then will begin painting the walls and ceilings.
