Staff update

Jill Alford has taken an extended maternity leave and will not be returning back to owner relations representative at this time. We hope to welcome her back in the future! Caleb Glover, current owner relations for B Tower, will take on C Tower as the owner relation representative. He can be reached at [email protected]

Owners Dog Park

We’re happy to announce the installation of the owners dog park on the west side of B Building near the bocce ball court. Signage is up but we also have several amenities for dogs to play with that are soon to arrive.

Common Area Working Hours 

The Board of Directors has approved for a temporary variance to common area working hours. Until further notice, the hours to work (noise) has been extended to 7am-7pm, 7 days a week. This will give extra time to complete the lazy river deck renovation.

Mini Golf

The mini golf installation, south of the C tower upper deck is 95% completed. Lighting has been ordered and we anticipate receiving this within the next few weeks. A fountain fixture has been ordered to go in place of the old splash pad.

Building Painting Project

The painting crews have completed the building project in the B building. They have completed the handrails in the C building in addition to the completion of the PH thru 5th floor caulking and have begun on the 4th and 3rd floors. They have a second crew that has started the painting of the window panes on the penthouse level thru 8th level in C building.

C Indoor Pool

The Dectron dehumidification system has finally arrived after a 2 year wait. This will be installed in the indoor C pool area and will eliminate the humidity and moisture that we have endured over the last year. We hope to complete this installation by the end of April, in addition to making interior drywall and ceiling repairs in the interior C pool area. 

Upper Pool Deck & Lazy River Closure

Crews have been hard at work on the upper pool and lazy river deck installation. The lazy river and pool area will be closed while undergoing these repairs. We anticipate the upper C pool to be open by the third week of April and the D lazy river by mid-May, weather and staffing permitted.

B Parking Deck Project

The B upper and lower parking deck areas have been undergoing repairs to replace bearing pads, fix cracks in the concrete along with restabilizing these areas. We’re 50% complete with this ongoing project and anticipate completion in early May. 

Projects in Progress

  • Lightning protection is being installed on all three buildings. C & D is nearing completion and B is in process.

As a first reminder our Annual Homeowners Association meeting will be held March 16th, 2024.
