Dear Caribe Resort Owners,
We hope you all had a very Merry Christmas and are enjoying the holiday season. We wanted to send out an end of year update on the progress our crews have been making property wide.
Our crews have been working extremely hard in preparation for our next busy season. The boat slips are officially open for our guests and owners with the exception of a few docks. We will have these roped off for a later opening date. Please be sure to register your boat at our front desk in B tower before parking it in a slip. Since our last update all tiki huts on property have been completed. On January 6th the tennis courts will begin renovation including court resurfacing and new fencing. The Delta East overflow lot is currently being worked on with the cleaning and landscaping of the lot.
The Aquatics Department has been hard at work installing the new salt water system with UV protection for the indoor pools and spas. The previous system was obsolete and the new system will allow for greater water quality and a huge saving on chemicals. The department has also been hard at work renovating two of our spas, the D indoor and C upper deck. The indoor D building pool mural is still being repaired by a local artist to ensure this gem is properly restored from previous water damage.
Our IT team has completed the install of our new property wide audio system. This sound system has multiple capabilities and Christmas music is being enjoyed all around the resort. We have purchased a new phone system to be installed and have high hopes we will be able to complete this install by mid spring. Our current system is outdated and in need of an upgrade.
Lastly, we are setting up our annual homeowner’s association meeting for February 19, 2022. Official times and announcements will be coming in January. Our annual cocktail party is still to be determined due to COVID numbers. Once we have more information we will be sure to send out an email to all owners and post an official update. We hope you will make plans to attend and look forward to seeing everyone there!
