Annual Tree Lighting
Please join us at 5pm on December 6th in the B atrium lobby for our annual tree lighting ceremony. We hope to see everyone there!
Parking Garage Repairs
Temporary shoring is in place for the upper and lower parking garage sections of C & D.
Permanent repairs will be made to these sections of the garage and we will temporarily reclose the pools and certain areas of the parking garage for this work starting this winter season.

Our Soles 4 Souls annual shoe drive started November 1st and you can donate any new or gently used shoes to help children and communities in need. Drop off locations are at the front gate or any of our building lobbies. We have been one of the most productive businesses over the years and we hope to surpass last year’s donations. Please bring your shoe donations on your next visit to Caribe!
As a reminder our Annual Homeowners Association meeting will be held March 15th, 2025.
