Parking Garage Repairs
Temporary shoring is in place for the upper and lower parking garage sections of C & D. Crews have started work on these areas and we have temporarily closed the upper deck pools and certain areas of the parking garage for this work.
Cabana Rentals
The cabanas and tiki bar on the lazy river deck have been a hit! As we continue to migrate into off season, the Cabanas and Tiki Bar are closed for the season. If you have not had the opportunity to book a cabana rental, you’re able to book a cabana on www.cariberesort.com and these are available to rent until October 31st, 2025. Book yours today!
Coffee Shop
The coffee shop in D Building has reopened as of February 1st and will be open from 7am-11am daily. These hours will adjust as the season progresses and based on occupancy. Be sure to grab an early morning coffee while you’re here!
Food Drive
We have partnered with the Orange Beach Presbyterian church to fill the local food pantries for those in need. Drop off nonperishable items and unopened food in the designated boxes in each of our lobbies, and we will take care of the rest!
Events on Property
- Snowbird activities are in progress and will end on March 4th, 2025. Please stop by the front desk to receive a wristband if you are interested in attending any of these activities. All Caribe Resort owners can participate at no charge. Funding for these events are sponsored by Caribe Realty Inc. and is complimentary to Caribe Realty rental guests. Outside rental guests can purchase a wristband at $30 per wristband per month.
- On Friday March 14th, 2025 a welcome reception for the annual meeting will be held from 5pm-7pm on the newly renovated lazy river deck (weather permitting).
- The Annual Meeting will be held Saturday March 15th, 2025 in the D100 space at 1pm. Lunch will be served beginning at noon.
Projects in Progress
- The fountain at the front of the property is currently under service as we await for parts to arrive.
- The corridor between the C & D indoor pools will be temporarily closed for various periods of time for floor repairs as well as the C and D lazy river elevator landings.
As a reminder our Annual Homeowners Association meeting will be held March 15th, 2025.
