Dear Caribe Resort Owners,
We are happy to announce that the tennis court renovation has been completed and the courts are now open. The area now consists of 2 half court basketball courts, 2 pickle ball courts, and 1 full tennis court with a backboard for single players. We are happy to have this project complete and hope everyone enjoys the new courts.
The building exterior paint project is progressing with the painting of B tower floors in the 04, 05, 06, & 07 stack from Penthouse level down. The contractors have began painting the C building 07, 08, 09, and 10 stacks. Progress updates will continue and any questions can be addressed to your owner relations representative.
Our new owner relations representative, Andrea Soars, will be the point of contact for both B & D towers until our owner relations team is completed. Jill Alford will continue to be your point of contact for the C tower.
