Dear Caribe Resort Owners,

Property Update        

With the Labor Day Holiday coming to an end projects are in full swing here at the resort. The palm tree trimming is being currently taking place across property.  East of D building the fencing has been installed.  The following projects listed below are set to begin in the coming weeks.

September 12: Carpet installation on the D building corridors will begin.

September 19: The annual fire alarm and sprinkler testing on all buildings will be taking place. Please be aware of the noise level that will come with this testing. Entering of units may be needed as well.

September 19: Painting crews will start phase two of the painting project. This will include painting of handrails, window frames, and installing new sealant around balcony windows frames. The crews will begin floor by floor starting the penthouse level of B Building and working their way down. The completion of phase two will be done via accessing balconies through the condo units. With occupancy and weather permitting they will complete a floor at a time.

D Building Paint Update: Crews have completed the 07, 08,09,10,11, and 12 stacks. They are continuing on around the building with weather permitting.

Hurricane Sally Claim

Our board members are still in final negotiations with the insurance adjusters for the final settlement. We are hopeful for a positive outcome.

Key Authorization Forms

All owners should have received a key authorization form to be filled out from their owner relations representative. If you did not receive a form, please contact your representative so we can be sure we have the most up to date information listed for you. If you do not wish to change or update any information, please respond to the email stating there are no updates at this time. Our team wants to ensure that all of our information gets updated as we prepare for the 2023 season.

Please be sure to put February 18, 2023 on your calendar for the annual homeowner’s association meeting. The meeting will be held in the D100 space that Saturday. If you are interested in running for the board, please notify your owner relations representative.
