Dear Caribe Resort Owners,
Over the past few weeks, we have been diligently collecting proxies for the annual homeowner’s association meeting. Please RSVP if you plan to attend by sending an email to [email protected]. If you cannot participate in the meeting, please send your proxy information as soon as possible. You can assign your proxy to any attending Caribe board/staff member or owner.
You can fill out the proxy form by visiting the documents section of the website. The proxies are necessary to establish the REQUIRED 51% voting quorum.
