Dear Caribe Resort Owners:
Please be advised that the eighteenth annual Caribe Resort Condo Owners Association (COA) meeting will be held on Saturday, February 15, 2020, at 1:00 pm, at Caribe Resort Building D, Suite 100, 28107 Perdido Beach Blvd in Orange Beach.
The Current Board of Directors are: Larry Wireman, Lester Boihem, Rick Legendre, John Evans and Max Himmel. Major topics at the meeting will include the approval of the 2020 Budget, audit report of operating, and Board Election. If you are interested in serving on the board, please send a short bio with your name and unit number. There will be no nominations from the floor. Please email your Bio to Stan Szapiel at [email protected] or fill out the questionnaire on www.cariberesortowners.com website by February 6, 2020.
Enclosed you will find a Proxy for your vote, should you not be able to attend. We must have a quorum in order to conduct business. It is necessary that we receive your proxy by Tuesday, February 11, 2020, should you not be able to attend you may fax your proxy to 251.980.9035 or email to [email protected].

On Friday, February 14th, we will hold our 3rd annual Meet & Greet Reception in the Caribe Resort Building C Event Space from 5 pm – 7 pm.
