Owners Dog Park

We’re happy to announce the installation of the owners dog park on the west side of B Building near the bocce ball court. Signage is up and we also have several amenities for dogs to play with that have been installed and are available for use.

Common Area Working Hours 

The Board of Directors has approved for a temporary variance to common area working hours. Until further notice, the hours to work (noise) has been extended to 7am-7pm, 7 days a week. This will give extra time to complete the lazy river deck renovation.

Mini Golf

The mini golf installation, south of the C tower upper deck is 95% completed. Painting has begun to redo the old splash area and a fountain fixture will go in its place. Lighting has arrived and we will install this within the next few weeks.

Building Painting Project

The painting crews have completed the building project in the B & C buildings. They have completed the Penthouse through 8th floor handrails in the D building and have begun on the 7th floor.

Upper Pool Deck & Lazy River Closure

Crews have been hard at work on the upper pool and lazy river deck installation. The lazy river and pool area will be closed while undergoing these repairs. We anticipate the upper C pool to be open by the second week of May and the D lazy river by the end of May, weather and staffing permitted.

B Parking Deck Project

The B upper and lower parking deck areas have been undergoing repairs to replace bearing pads, fix cracks in the concrete along with restabilizing these areas. We’re 75% complete with this ongoing project and anticipate completion in early May. 

Association Insurance Update

Insurance for the COA has been broken up into two separate insurance companies for the association. Please note many mortgage companies require an updated declaration page verifying the association has insurance annually.  

Wind and all other perils (AOP) is with Gambrell, Sturges and Tober Insurance. You can email requests for declaration pages and certificates to [email protected]

General Liability, Flood D&O, vehicle and umbrella coverage is still held through McCarron Insurance and they can be reached at [email protected]

Projects in Progress

  • The arrival of the carpet for the B & D atriums has been delayed but is estimated to arrive May 17th. 
  • The C indoor pool Dectron system (dehumidification system) has finally arrived and installation is underway. We will also be renovating the C/D indoor corridor pool bathrooms in the coming weeks now that the humidity issue will be resolved.

As a first reminder our Annual Homeowners Association meeting will be held March 16th, 2024.
