Dear Caribe Resort Owners,
The annual Caribe Resort Home Owners Association Meeting will take place on Saturday, February 20, 2021, at 1:00 pm. We anticipate the meeting to allow for some limited seating, however, we will be live streaming with the location still to be determined. We will be sending out a full notification by Friday, January 29, 2021. The mail-out will include a full agenda, proxy form, and a ballot to vote for the 2021 Board of Directors.
The current Board members are Larry Wireman, Rick Legendre, Lester Boihem, and John Evans. Max Himmel has sold his unit and is no longer on the Board. If you are interested in running for the Board of Directors, please email a short bio to Angela Miller at [email protected] by January 27, 2021. If you have any questions for the Board, please submit them to Angela Miller at [email protected] prior to the meeting and they will be addressed.
Due to Hurricane Sally and COVID-19, we will not hold the Friday night reception or the luncheon. Seating on the day of the meeting is limited. This year especially, the Board strongly urges you to send your proxies in so that we can establish a 51% voting quorum. Each year, we struggle and expense immense effort and time to collect these in advance. If you send your proxy in but attend the meeting, your proxy will be given back to you upon entering the meeting.
